How Sundae Software Solutions handles personal information across sundaesolutions.com and the web applications we build and operate for our clients.
Sundae Software Solutions ("Sundae," "we") is an Arkansas software studio. We operate this website and provide the websites, ordering systems, booking tools, and notification services behind the client applications we build (for example, online ordering for a local gravel company or appointment booking for a local shop). When you use one of those applications, your information is collected on behalf of that business, and processed by Sundae as its service provider.
Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, physical address, and the details of your order, booking, or inquiry. Our sites also record basic, anonymous usage information (pages viewed, general device type) to improve them. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
To provide the service you requested: processing and delivering orders, scheduling appointments and estimates, sending the confirmations and status updates you ask for, responding to inquiries, and billing. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, text messaging, payments) that process data only on our instructions.
Some of our applications offer optional text-message notifications (for example, order and delivery status updates, appointment reminders, and user-requested alerts). You opt in by entering your phone number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box on the relevant form. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by service and is disclosed at opt-in; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any message for help and STOP to cancel at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services.
We share personal information only with: the client business whose application you used (it's their customer relationship), the service providers that run our infrastructure, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.
Records are kept as long as needed for the service and bookkeeping. To access, correct, or delete your information, email kyle@playsundae.com — we'll handle it directly or route it to the right client business.
