Pressed with Grace

The challenge

Pressed with Grace preserves wedding bouquets and flowers from life's biggest moments into framed, pressed-flower keepsakes. Every order is a multi-week, hands-on process with a lot of moving parts: an inquiry, an approval, a deposit to hold the date, then pickup and a final payment once the piece is finished. The studio needed a website that could actually manage that flow, take payments, and keep every order organized, without a pile of disconnected tools or manual invoicing.

What we built

• A soft, editorial site with a booking flow built around a real inquiry → approval → deposit workflow, so dates only get held once a deposit is paid.
• Stripe checkout with computed amounts and Stripe Tax, plus pickup and final payments that fire automatically at the right stage of each order.
• A full admin console: orders with sortable tables and editable detail pages, a calendar of upcoming pickups and deliveries, reports, a gallery manager, and a catalog and pricing editor.
• Bridal Bundles and Celebration of Life bundles, with dynamic pricing and gallery pages that the owner can update herself from the console.
• Capacity rules that cap how many bouquets are accepted per week, so the studio never overbooks its hands-on process.
• A swipeable "How Pressing Works" FAQ carousel and full technical SEO: structured data, sitemaps, and social cards.

The result

A keepsake studio that looks as thoughtful as its work and runs itself day to day: clients book and pay online, deposits hold their dates, and the owner sees every order, pickup, and payment in one place, live on her own domain.
