Sundae is run out of a house in Arkansas, not an agency floor. When you email, I answer. When something breaks on a Saturday, it's me fixing it, usually with a kid in my lap.
My wife owns a play café, so I've been the client too: overwhelmed by software bills, exporting CSVs at midnight, paying for four tools that wouldn't talk to each other. That's the whole reason this exists. Every site and system here got built for someone I'd have to look in the eye at their own counter.
